The Twisted Low-Poly Pen Holder turns a plain desk cup into a small sculpture. Twelve shallow helical flutes wrap the body, a gentle hourglass waist catches the light, and a scalloped rim finishes the top. It holds pens, pencils and brushes, and it prints as one clean piece.

The shape

12 shallow flutes spiral around the body with an 85-degree twist, so every angle looks a little different.

Hourglass waist for a soft, curved silhouette and a comfortable grip when you pull a pen out.

Scalloped rim that echoes the flutes and keeps the top edge crisp.

110 mm tall, 58.4 mm wide at the widest point. Big enough for a full set of pens and brushes.

Colors

Shown in turquoise. The shallow flutes pick up light well in any filament, so try it in matte white, deep navy, coral, or a silk or translucent PLA to make the twist glow.

Why it prints well

One part, flat base, no supports or raft expected. Printed upright, the flutes build up as smooth ridges that look good straight off the bed.
