Welcome to MakerTouch.com (the "Site"), a website that provides users with access to a collection of 3D printable models (the "Models"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms of service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
- License to Use the Models
All Models on the Site are licensed under a Creative Commons license, which allows users to download and use the Models for free, subject to the terms of the Creative Commons license. You must abide by the terms of the applicable Creative Commons license when using any Model from the Site.
- User Contributions
If you choose to contribute a Model to the Site, you grant MakerTouch.com a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your Model, in whole or in part, for any purpose, including commercial purposes.
- User Conduct
You are solely responsible for your conduct on the Site. You must not use the Site to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any Model that:
- infringes any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents;
- violates any law, regulation, or government order;
- is defamatory, libelous, obscene, or otherwise offensive; or
- contains any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other malicious code.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND THE MODELS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MAKERTOUCH.COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- Limitation of Liability
MAKERTOUCH.COM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE MODELS, EVEN IF MAKERTOUCH.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
