MakerTouch.com ("MakerTouch", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal data when you access or use our Platform. It also describes your rights regarding your personal data.

2Data Controller
MakerTouch is operated by a private individual based in Israel. The Platform's servers are hosted in the United States through GoDaddy services.

3.2 Data Collected via Social Login
If you register or log in using Google or Facebook, we receive: your full name, email address, and profile picture. We do not receive your social media passwords or payment information.

- Pages visited and actions taken on the Platform
- Referring URLs, date and time of visits, device identifiers
3.4 Data Collected by Third Parties
- Google AdSense — collects browsing behavior data for ad targeting

- Google & Facebook Login — authentication data as described above
4How We Use Your Data
- To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity
- To display your uploaded Models, profile, comments, and likes to other users
- To enable following, chat, rating, commenting, and reporting features
- To display relevant advertisements through Google AdSense
- To analyze Platform usage and improve user experience via Google Analytics
- To investigate reports of Terms of Service violations
- To review private chat messages when legally permitted for enforcement purposes
- To promote the Platform using user-uploaded content (as permitted in our Terms)
- To send transactional communications and, with opt-in, marketing emails
- To comply with legal obligations under applicable law
5Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For EU/EEA users, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contractual necessity — providing the Platform and its features
- Legitimate interests — analytics, security, fraud prevention, Platform improvement
- Consent — Social Login data and, in the future, marketing communications
- Legal obligation — compliance with applicable law
6Private Chat Messages
All private messages sent through MakerTouch's chat feature are stored on our servers for the purpose of enabling the chat feature and for potential use in moderation and enforcement.
MakerTouch does not routinely monitor private conversations. However, we reserve the right to access and review private messages where legally permitted — for example, in response to a valid complaint of harassment, a legal order, or as part of a safety investigation. By using the chat feature, you consent to this storage and potential review.
7Public Activity and Social Features
The following information is publicly visible to all users and visitors of the Platform:
- Uploaded Models — visible to all users
- Comments — comments you post on Models are public
- Likes — Models you have liked may be visible on your public profile
- Following and followers lists — the accounts you follow and who follows you are publicly visible to all registered users
- Maker Page — your public profile including your Maker Level and uploaded content
8Data Retention

- To protect the rights, safety, and property of MakerTouch, its users, or others
10Cookies

MakerTouch is operated from Israel and its servers are located in the United States. 12Children's Privacy
MakerTouch does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a user under 13 has created an account, we will immediately terminate the account and delete all associated data. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes — particularly those affecting how we collect or use your personal data — we will make reasonable efforts to notify users. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
