Printing & Technical Notes

• Layer Height: Recommended at 0.2 mm. 📏
• Walls & Top/Bottom Layers: Use 4–5 walls and 6 top/bottom layers to ensure high structural strength. Stress from the bottle neck is concentrated heavily on the flat surfaces and the fulcrum point of the hole. 🧱
• Infill: 15% gyroid infill provides optimal internal rigidity. 🕸️
• Material & Testing: Fully tested for overnight strength with a full 750 mL bottle using both PLA and PETG. 🏗️

Post-Processing & Handling

1. Printing Orientation: Print with the flat sides oriented in the Z direction to maximize layer strength where stress is concentrated. 🖨️
2. Personalization (Optional): Use your slicer software to emboss custom text onto the large flat surfaces before slicing. ✍️
3. Display: Place the stand on a stable surface, carefully insert the bottle neck into the angled hole, and let the magic happen! 🪄
