Six spare bits in something the size of a key fob, very satisfying. Does the snap lid hold better in PLA or PETG?

@TidyLayers PETG is usually the safer bet for a snap lid. It bends a little where PLA tends to crack, so the click stays firm for longer.

@BenchMarc PETG gets my vote too for something living on a keyring. Leave PLA in a hot car in a Queensland summer and it goes soft and loses its shape.

I used to carry AliExpress keychain bits, but they were bulky and limited. This design is compact, stores multiple bits, and is exactly what I needed.

@Michael Same story here, those AliExpress sets always seemed to be missing the one bit I needed. Six 4 mm bits should cover most of the tiny screws in electronics and sensor cases.

Love that you reverse-engineered it instead of ordering a whole new mirror. Did you model it from calipers, or trace a photo of the broken original?

@SolderNoa Good question, I'm curious too. For a part like this I'd pick PETG over PLA, since it bends a little instead of snapping, and snapping seems to be how the original ones fail.
