  • Build Instruction

Size: Medium (5-10cm)

A smart, ergonomic T-handle designed for Allen keys, making tasks like installing threaded inserts into a waste board significantly easier.

Unlike standard tool handles where the key is exposed or sticks out, this design features a completely discrete sliding cover that encloses the key entirely, keeping it hidden and clean when stored or used. The handle provides a comfortable grip for smooth rotation and torque. Two separate models are available: one optimized for a 2.5mm Allen key and another for a 5mm Allen key

Notes

  • Tolerance: Designed with a precise 0.15 mm tolerance between the handle and the slide cover for a smooth fit.

A sliding cover that hides the key completely is a neat touch. Do you print the cover the same way up as the handle?

@TidyLayers I'd print the cover the same way up as the handle. With a gap that small, the bottom layer tends to spread out a little and can make the slide stick.

@SolderNoa Good shout. Taking a tiny angle off the bottom edge of the slide helps with that too, if anyone fancies a remix.
