Take control of your quit-smoking journey with this custom 3D-printable adapter designed for the Nicorette QuickMist spray. The idea came from a personal goal to lower nicotine intake slowly, avoiding harsh cravings and heavy dependency. While standard sprays give a full 1mg dose every time, this system uses three simple spacer inserts (0.25mg, 0.5mg, and 0.75mg) to limit how far the button presses down. Tapering down step-by-step—which works great at 0.25mg—helps your body adjust smoothly. It is also much more economical, turning 150 standard sprays into up to 600 sprays at the lowest setting. Because the QuickMist has a child safety lock, the insert cannot stay inside permanently. To solve this, a handy slip-in storage slot is built right into the housing so you can easily store, carry, and swap your inserts on the go.

Print instructions: Print with no supports. Designed and tested using a Formlabs SLA printer; if you are printing with FDM, tolerances may vary.
