Assembly Quick Tip: The hinge uses a small piece of standard 1.75mm filament as the pin—no screws needed!
- Too tight? Clear the hole slightly with a small tool.
- Too loose? Melt the filament end slightly with a lighter to lock it in place.

CC ZeroBoth pieces can be printed with 3 perimeters and 0% infill. Using these settings, all walls of the case will be solid. The only gaps left by using 0% infill will be very small in the angled sections of the hinges. The combined print time was 47 minutes for me.
PLA has worked for most users. However, PETG may be a better option if you have any issues with the clasp breaking.
